FTB’s corridor projects are about placemaking, activity and mobility. Through public improvements, new development regulation, and strategic implementation actions, our work transforms the all-too-familiar monotony of arterial strips into sequences of well-defined segments and centers that become highly-valued pieces of the city. A key ingredient of our corridor approach is the design of custom streetscapes that complement planned development, welcoming new investment to the corridor.
